Children’s Mental Health Week 2022

Children’s Mental Health Week took place from 7th -13th February. This year’s theme was “Growing Together”. Growing Together is about growing emotionally and finding ways to help each other grow. Challenges and setbacks can help us to grow and adapt, and trying new things can help us to move beyond our comfort zone into a new realm of possibility and potential. It’s important to be kind to ourselves and find ways to keep calm and stay positive. Pupils and staff have fully embraced this theme and have been exploring ways to help each other grow emotionally. Expressing ourselves is good for our mental health and it has been fantastic to see everyone expressing themselves through lots of different activities.
